The Winter Market

About Us

The Winter Market was started in 2018 as a venue for area artists, craftsfolk, farmers and small business owners to feature their products and services after Summertime events like the Harrisonville Farmers & Artists Market and Junk in the Trunk Flea Market have closed. 

In 2020, The Winter Market along with the summertime markets joined with Love the Harrisonville Square as organizers of the events shared a common goal of supporting and growing entrepreneurship in our area. 

In 2021, the event was relocated back to the Historic Harrisonville District inside the beautiful Beck Event Space

Information for Customers

The Winter Market offers a wide variety of vendors and items from the local area. 

Unique handcrafted items, soaps, lotions, jewelry, baked goods, honey, jams & jellies, candy, gifts of all kinds items from popular direct sale businesses and treats for pets are regularly available. 

The Winter Market is the perfect destination for your holiday decorating and gifting needs. 

The Winter Market is located inside Beck Event Space at 210 S Independence, Harrisonville, MO 64701. 

There is a large parking lot available directly across the street for easy access. The first floor is also ADA accessible. 

 

The Winter Market will be open:

  • Sunday, November 5, 2023
  • Saturday, December 3, 2023

The Market is open from 12 pm to 4 pm for an enjoyable afternoon of shopping! 

Many of our outstanding vendors donate items for our multiple prizes packages. Purchase a ticket for $1 or get 6 tickets for $5. Place your tickets in the jar to win your favorite prize! 

All proceeds help support Love the Harrisonville Square and our mission in Downtown Harrisonville.

Warm up with a scrumptious bowl of soup from Thyme for Seasoning Catering and Events.  Proceeds help fund the mission of Love the Harrisonville Square! 

Information for Vendors

We welcome a wide variety of products including: art, crafts, jewelry, home goods, food items, on site services (massage, photobooths, etc) and more. 

Participation of Direct Marketing vendors (i.e. Scentsy, Paparazzi, Avon, etc) is limited to one per product type. Applications will be approved based on availability. To become a vendor you must fit within our vendor guidelines and agree to follow the market rules.

Additional information for vendors:
 
1) The address of the event space is 210 S Independence, Harrisonville MO.
2) Set up begins at 10:30 am. Vendors will not be admitted to the building earlier than this time. Please check in with Amanda when you arrive to get your spot assignment.
3) First floor vendors will load in through the blue door at the front of the building. Vendors who have confirmed a space on the 2nd floor will load in through the back of the building. (NOTE: Vendors on the 2nd floor will be notified in their approval email.)
4) DO NOT for ANY REASON park directly in front of the building to unload. This is in violation of traffic laws.  Plenty of parking is available in the parking lot across the road from the event space as well as spots on the right side of the street. 
5) After you have unloaded please move your vehicle to the back of the lot so that others can unload and that customers have ample close parking.
6) Chairs will be provided. Tables are not provided.
7) Please drop off any donated items at the donation table near the front of the venue. It’s a good idea to make sure the item includes your contact information or business card. 
8) At the end of the day, please follow the same rules for load out as you did for load in.  
9) Please make sure that your space is clean and remove the blue tape marking your space.
10) Have fun. Be nice to your fellow sellers and the event volunteers giving their time.

IMPORTANT: Vendors who are no shows the day of the event will not considered for future events. If you are unable to attend PLEASE LET US KNOW.
